Wyoming Police: Home and Neighborhood Safety
HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY
The Wyoming Police Department will host a seminar on home and neighborhood safety on September 30. The safety seminar will be held from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Wyoming Civic Center.
Officers will provide information on how residents can make themselves and their community safer in different situations, how to avoid becoming a victim of various types of crime, and what to do if they find themselves in an unsafe situation. Other topics will include how to make a residence safer through appropriate lighting, door and window locks and even landscaping to deter criminals, in addition to traffic safety around the neighborhood schools
