Foster Memorial Park Vandalism

On Friday, July 31 vandalism at Foster Memorial/ Grove Park was found. Someone driving a 4-wheel vehicle drove on the softball fields and circled the park numerous times, destroying the field.  The estimated damage to the field is $5,000.  The City is working on the field for next week’s recreation activities.
